IT之家訊 今天，戴爾正式完成了對EMC的收購，同時也成立了全新的Dell Technology公司。這場收購最令人關(guān)注的還是EMC旗下還有多家非常有名的企業(yè)，期中包括了著名的VMware公司。(小編注：VMware是全球桌面到數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化解決方案的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廠商）而就在剛才VMware向所有用戶通過郵件的形式公布了在此次收購后的安排。
在郵件中，VMware也表達(dá)了對于Dell+EMC強強聯(lián)手模式的期待，同時也解答了大家最關(guān)注的問題：合并后VMware將會如何運行？在郵件中，VMware的首席執(zhí)行官Pat Gelsinger表示它將仍然以一個獨立的上市公司存在?！拔覀儗毩⒂贒ell Technology運行”。同時，他也強調(diào)了VMware的主要目標(biāo)仍然保持不變：“（我們將會）給你，我們的顧客們最好的云服務(wù)、管理、安全、鏈接軟件來創(chuàng)造最高的價值”。在郵件最后Pat表示VMware會繼續(xù)堅持創(chuàng)新的原則和世界領(lǐng)先的服務(wù)和支持水平來助你成功。
